| Jason P. Oden Position: Vice President, Exploration Manager Mr. Oden is a Canadian citizen and was educated at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada with a B.Sc. (Geophysics). He has twenty years of experience in domestic and international exploration. Mr. Oden started his career in 1984 as an Exploration Geophysicist with Suncor Inc. in Calgary. He relocated to Melbourne, Australia in 1991 to join BHP Petroleum (later BHP Billiton Petroleum). Mr. Oden progressed through a number of technical roles with BHPB Billiton, primarily working in offshore basins in Australia, the Gulf of Mexico and West Africa. Mr. Oden returned to Australia in 2001 as Australian Operated Asset Team Leader, and in 2003 became Team Leader for Trinidad and Tobago Operated Exploration. In 2005 he joined Gulfsands Petroleum as the Exploration Manager. He is the Senior Technical Officer in the organization and is currently based in Houston Texas, USA. | |
