| Mr. Oden is a Canadian citizen and was educated at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada with a B.Sc. (Geophysics). He has twenty years of experience in domestic and international exploration. Mr. Oden started his career in 1984 as an Exploration Geophysicist with Suncor Inc. in Calgary. He relocated to Melbourne, Australia in 1991 to join BHP Petroleum (later BHP Billiton Petroleum). Mr. Oden progressed through a number of technical roles with BHPB Billiton, primarily working in offshore basins in Australia, the Gulf of Mexico and West Africa. Mr. Oden returned to Australia in 2001 as Australian Operated Asset Team Leader, and in 2003 became Team Leader for Trinidad and Tobago Operated Exploration. In 2005 he joined Gulfsands Petroleum as the Exploration Manager. He is the Senior Technical Officer in the organization and is currently based in Houston Texas, USA. | ||

| Mr Conway is a British citizen and holds a BA and MA in Physics from Oxford University, and an MSc in Finance from London Business School. He has 22 years of experience in petroleum/reservoir engineering, technical leadership and commercial roles. Mr Conway has worked extensively on reservoir development studies in the Middle East, Europe and Asia. He started his career with BP Exploration in 1985, progressing through a number of technical, commercial and operational roles. In 1993 he joined Maersk Oil International as a Senior Reservoir Engineer. Following a period as an independent consultant, he joined ExxonMobil International Ltd in 2002, reaching the position of Lead Reservoir Advisor for the UK and Netherlands. Mr Conway joined Gulfsands Petroleum in 2009 and is currently based in London. | ||
| Francis Gryspeerdt Asset Manager, Tunisia | ||
| Mr Gryspeerdt is a British citizen who holds a BSc in Geology from Reading University and is a Fellow of the Geological Society. He has over 25 years' experience in the international upstream industry having worked mainly for small to mid-size operating companies in full life cycle activities from frontier exploration to mature field optimisation in both analytical and operational roles. He spent over 20 years with the successful independent Perenco in both exploration and production roles in theatres including NW Europe, MENA, West and Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America. His recent experience has included exploration in Kurdistan, Turkey, DR Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Egypt and Tunisia. Mr Gryspeerdt joined Gulfsands in November 2012 and is currently based in London. | ||
