Unauthorised Employment Offers Warning

Gulfsands Petroleum Plc has been alerted to the recent activities of a person or persons unknown, claiming to represent Gulfsands Petroleum Plc in making offers of employment with the Company. Gulfsands Petroleum is not currently looking to expand its workforce and has not authorised any person, firm or corporation to represent the Company in connection with the advertising of career or employment Opportunities.

Gulfsands has taken steps to identify the fraudsters behind these communications and will assist regulatory authorities to prosecute the perpetrators to the fullest extent of the law.

If you or someone you know has received a suspicious offer of employment or other communication, purportedly on behalf of the Company, please refer the matter to Kenneth P. Judge, Director: Corporate Development & Communications without delay. ()
